What

On 10/12 & 10/13, crews will be taking the westbound right-turn pocket to create a temporary, protected pedestrian path as we grade and restore the Northeast corner of Ocala Avenue, as well as restore sections of the median underneath the structure.

To advance work on the EBRC Project and restore access for pedestrians and bicyclists.

Adjacent community members may hear construction noises, including voices, hammering, items dropping/clanging, and backup alarms from heavy equipment.

Traffic Impacts

Vehicles traveling westbound on Ocala Avenue will need to make sharper right turns onto northbound Capitol Expressway. 

Pedestrian Impacts

Pedestrians will be guided onto a temporary, protected path.

Bicycle Impacts

Bicyclists will be guided onto a temporary, protected path. Consider dismounting your bike to ensure all users can use the pathway safely.
