Northbound Capitol Expressway (between Story Road and Capitol Avenue) will be closed with detours in place.
Detour
To continue traveling northbound:
- Turn right onto Story Road
- Turn left onto White Road
- Turn right onto Alum Rock Road
- Turn left onto Capitol Avenue

Adjacent community members may hear construction noises, including voices, hammering,
items dropping, and back-up alarms. Residents may also see lights, necessary to illuminate the worksite.
