What
Northbound Capitol Avenue, at the intersection of Capitol Avenue and Capitol Expressway, will be closed. Various lane closures at this intersection will also be in effect to facilitate this closure.
Why
Crews will be working on removing and replacing underground drainage and sanitary sewer systems located in the middle of the road.
Community Impacts
Community members will hear noise, including back-up alarms, jackhammering, dropping of items, and other heavy equipment. Residents may also see light needed to make the construction site visible.
