"POWER UP" and Rock On: Ride VTA to AC/DC at Levi's Stadium

AC/DC is lighting up Levi’s Stadium on August 5 as part of their ‘POWER UP’ Tour continuation, and VTA is taking you right to the action. Use the Transit app for trip planning and real-time service updates.

AC/DC Event Service for Levi’s Stadium:

Pre-Event Service:

Extra service to the stadium will be operating from Mountain View, Alum Rock, Diridon, and Santa Teresa.  

VTA will operate its regular Weekday service on Lines 55, 57 & 59.

Service During the Event:

Extra service trains will service the stadium up to approximately 2 hours after the event starts.

Regular service Green Line and Orange Line trains will continue to service the stadium at 30-minute frequencies.

Post-Event Service:

The pre-event extra service trains will also operate the post-event service.

Lick Mill and Old Ironsides Stations may be closed for 60 minutes after the end of the event to deter passengers from filling up trains before they reach Great America Station.


Regional Connectors to Levi’s Stadium:

Caltrain

Caltrain will be operating its regular weekday service between San Francisco and Mountain View prior to the event.  

For post-event, in addition to its regular service, Caltrain is planning to operate one additional northbound train departing Mountain View approximately 90 minutes after the end of the concert, or shortly after the arrival of the last VTA post-event train at Mountain View, whichever is later.

BART

BART will be operating its regular weekday service prior to and after the event.  

The last northbound train to Richmond departs Milpitas Station at 11:54 p.m.

 

Altamont Corridor Express  

ACE will be operating its regular weekday service.

 

Capitol Corridor

Capitol Corridor will be operating a modified schedule for this event.  

For pre-event, train 545 has been modified to depart Sacramento earlier at 3:20 p.m., and modified train 545 will arrive at Great America Station at 6:12 p.m.  

For post-event, train 548 will be canceled, and modified train 552 will depart Great America Station at 11:30 p.m.
